Often first time home buyers are not aware that for the first year in their new, should a major repair become necessary there is a form of protection available. That protection is called home warranty insurance.
Home Security of America provides protection on properties that allows the new homeowner to enjoy their new home worryfree. If an covered item breaks or fails then that item will be repaired or replaced free of charge minus the $50 service fee.
The fee for this coverage is usually paid at closing by either the buyer or the seller and can be renewed after the first year.
